[Using Sakai] realm/role permissions for view-only grades?

I think the answer unfortunately is still no. But if you make a user a TA, then you could use Gradebook's own permission settings to restrict that user's ability to change grades.

still pretty current and most of the grade permissions look like they
toggle editability, not viewability...
