[Using Sakai] Linking directly to forum

In the new MSGCNTR-2-7-0 (Messages & Forums), this feature has been introduced.  Right now it is in it's RC (Release Candidate) phase, so its not far from being released.  As for the current 2.6.x, this isn't included.  If you are interested in merging it locally, the jira is MSGCNTR-195.
