[Using Sakai] Test and Quiz question

Dave,

If he is using the Gradebook one workaround is to have the test grades
sent to it as even if the grading was anonymous the student's names and
grades will display in the gradebook. He could then have the students who
took the paper exams simply go in and submit a blank exam. If needed, you
can enter comments into the exam (e.g. #1, #2, etc.) and then go to the
gradebook to match up students with the comments. This will then allow
you to determine which exam belong to which students in the test tool. He
can then adjust the grades for those who took them on paper to reflect
their true grade.

This is obviously a long workaround but it has worked for us when we've
really needed it.

Josh

[Using Sakai] Test and Quiz question

Hi All,

We a professor here who has graded a quiz anonymously and then has a
few students who he gave the test to on paper due to accommodations.
Now he wants to go and enter the scores for those students, but he has
to go to Test and Quizzes to do so. Since, the students did not take
the quiz on-line and he used anonymous grading, there is no place for
him to make the adjustment for them. Does anyone know of a way he can
enter the grades for these students?

Thanks,
Dave
