Hi All,
   According to wikibooks link
http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Question_Writer_3_Manual/About_Questions/Partial_Credit

The Partial Credit question type is a powerful multiple choice question
that allows you to specify the number of points awarded for each option
and the number of options that the quiz taker can choose. This allows
you to award partial credit for partially correct answers and implement
negative marking schemes to discourage quiz-takers from guessing
answers.Considering all the choices are not equally wrong.
Since this option for implemented in sakai 2.5.x prior to introduction of
http://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-14106 [negative marking]
This makes merger of two implementations a bit more involved and we are
looking to figure out best possible options in that regard.
Regards,
Mustansar

I have yet to see any problem, however complicated, which, when, you looked at it in the right way, did not become still more complicated.
