[Using Sakai] Site Stats issue

Hi Aras,

You and Brooke Biltimier (which I have CC'ed) have reported this issue - I
have done some preliminary testing regarding this and have found that, since
2.6.0, Gradebook is not generating most of the events (I know that at least
'gradebook.updateItemScores' and 'gradebook.deleteItem' are generated).

Currently, there is a JIRA event on gradebook regarding the add item event,
but it looks that most of them are not being generated:

We could:

   - either change the existing the Gradebook JIRA to reflect all missing
   events
   - create new Gradebook JIRAs for all missing events
   - (and) unselect Gradebook events on SiteStats by default [*]

[*]: this is accomplished by changing the XML file containing the tool
events definitions - If desired, I can commit this and update the SiteStats
2.5.x and 2.6.x branches.

Unfortunately, there isn't much that I can do when tools stop logging
events... :(

What do you/others think?
