[DG: User / Using Sakai] NotificationService emails

I see that there is a property setting:
emailFromReplyable at org.sakaiproject.event.api.NotificationService=true

that send emails from the people that initiated them (whoever posted
an announcement or uploaded a resource).

This doesn't affect all tools. For example, I think Worksite Setup
still sends out an email from a system account that you couldn't reply
to.

Has anyone compiled a list of what this setting does and does not affect?
