[Using Sakai] Adding a Page to the Wiki

The renamed (alias) part comes before the |

University of Delaware has a great pdf on advanced wiki tips, though I could
never seem to get the subsections they describe to work in any version of
rwiki that I tested on. A few other things in there I didn't know though.
