[Using Sakai] Internet Explorer Downloading files problem

Yes - what's your frontend webserver? I know that IIS adds no-cache
headers which cause this bug with IE when accessing downloadable files
via. SSL.

Apache and Tomcat Standalone webserver(s) should not exhibit this behavior.
