[Using Sakai] Sign-up list

You can use:

a. A wiki page (if the students are familiar enough with it to edit a signup page and add their names next to a topic)
b. Section Info tool, if the list of topics is not too big, and each student can choose only 1 in a category
c. Yale Signup tool from contrib (though that's more geared to events)
d. A quiz in T&Q (and export results to a spreadsheet).
