[WG: Sakai QA] Early Review for Open Apereo 2015 Deadline is Jan. 23

Our thanks to all of those that have submitted proposals so far!  If you
haven't submitted your proposal for the early review period yet, you still
have time.  The early review deadline is January 23 by 11:59 PM Pacific time.
The early review opportunity will notify applicants by February 6.

The main deadline for additional proposals remains February 9.  Applicants
after January 23 will receive notification by March.
