Hi All,

Sakai 10.4-RC01 hopefully will be created this week (depends on resource
availability to cut the RC01 tag).

I have created a Test plan [1].

I would appreciate very much if you would sign up on the Google doc [2],
linked from the Test plan of course, to let me know you intend to help with
testing. Also would appreciate if the Test plan is concise and clear enough
for you.
