[WG: Sakai QA] Sakai 10.3 release schedule

The Sakai core team has been discussing a 10.3 release and today we
finalized on a schedule.

Week of December 1, 2014 (preferably early in the week) - Sakai 10.3-RC01
(first release candidate)

December 12, 2014 - Targeted release date

We will need a lot of QA testing to verify issues fixed in trunk to get
merged into the 10.x branch and a final smoke test for the RC01 in early
December.  This means, please test Jiras [1] :-).

We already have almost 100 issues tested for Sakai 10.3 (if you add issues
already in Sakai 10.3 [2] plus issues which have been verified and need
merging [3] ).  We are off to a great start!

I'll be creating a QA page soon (after the Sakai Virtual Conference), but
that should not stop you from testing the Jiras in the filter [1], as
mentioned. Please feel free to QA away.
