[WG: Sakai QA] Possible Sakai 10 blocker bug

[sakai-dev and sakai-qa]

On Sakai 10.x nightly and on trunk , the pop-down display of My 
Workspace only shows the mouse-over selection of the tool one is 
choosing. Can others replicate this?

This would be a new issue, QA07 does not do this. Maybe related to new skin?
