[WG: Sakai QA] Sakai 10 - home page bug?

Howdy,

I notice that in Sakai 2.9.x that if one adds the Schedule tool, the 
Synoptic view gets added to the Home page for the site. But in Sakai 
10/trunk, it doesn't.

Is this intentional, or is it a bug?
