[WG: Sakai QA] Need QA help on LSNBLDR-407

Hi all,

This issue is showing up as a (fixed) blocker that purportedly affects 
Sakai 10, but not Sakai 2.9 .

However, I cannot seem to reproduce the issue on the Longsight QA 
server, http://longsight.sakaiqa.org, which is at the 10.0 tag level.

Any help sorting this out would be appreciated. I would like to verify 
the fix, but if I cannot reproduce the problem, I am not confident I 
would be testing the right thing.
