[WG: Sakai QA] Sakai 10.1 ?

Hi All,

At today's meeting we briefly discussed the need for a Sakai 10.1, 
maintenance release. My perception from that discussion is that we need 
to monitor the need for a 10.1 release as institutions start adopting 
10.0 (and some have already!).

In the meantime, if there are blocker or critical issues that affect 
10.0 please add them to the known issues page (or bring to my attention) 
[1].

If you have a different opinion please chime in.
