[WG: Sakai QA] New QA tool in Jira

Hi All,

I've installed Jira Capture (formerly known as Bonfire) into our Jira 
instance.  Jira Capture is supposed to make it easier to report bugs and 
take screenshots for Jira.

As I learn more about how to use the tool I'll be happy to share. If any 
of you are familiar and would like to share with the community in some 
way (webinar, blog post, etc), please let me know.
