[WG: Sakai QA] Longsight course sites

I am now able to go through the process of creating a course site, but the
course site doesn't actually seem to be created, on the Longsight server:
https://qa10.longsight.com/, Sakai - 10-qa01 12/16/2013 - Sakai 10-qa01
(Kernel 10-qa01) - Server server59

Should a Jira be filed for this?
