Hey,

I think this will likely be a blocker for Sakai 10. If you can QA or 
review the ticket that would be helpful. Perhaps a relatively easy fix 
would be a clear error message that the file failed to upload.

appears to completes normally (but fails) if the file upload exceeds 
allowed size
