[WG: Sakai QA] Nightly build is problematic e.g. cannot create Course sites or add Gradebook tool

I'm also seeing that no academic terms are populated on trunk.

On 2.9.x nightly I'm seeing academic terms, but after I go through the 
process to create a site, with no errors, the site disappears.

10.x nightly seems to work fine.

I'm guessing it is two different problems between trunk and 2.9.x . No 
problem on 10.x .

Using instructor/sakai login.


Should I open a couple of Jiras?
