[WG: Sakai QA] JIRA: Mailsender, Resetpass and Taggable tickets moved to Sakai (SAK) project

Enough with the boilerplate text of the previous emails.  I've moved another three sets of tickets from the following ex-indie Jira projects: Mailsender, Resetpass and Taggable [1].  The projects were then retired and deleted.  SAK project now includes components for Mailsender, Reset Password & Account Validation and Taggable.

Version re-mapping between the projects is noted below in the footnotes [1].  Open Mailsender tickets assigned to our old friend Carl Hall were re-assigned to the CLE team.

Work is being tracked in https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/INFRSTR-240.  

The ticket notes ex-indie projects I intend to merge with the SAK project and those I plan to leave alone (e.g., Kernel, Messages & Forums, LessonBuilder and Samigo).
