[WG: Sakai QA] Sakai 10 QA servers

I'm planning on taking down

https://qa29.longsight.com (http://qa29.sakaiqa.org) either today or
tomorrow and replacing it with a pre-release Sakai 10 server based off
trunk.

I'll try to run the conversion script to preserve what's there and test it
out but if anything doesn't work I'll have to start off a fresh data.

Longsight is planning on hosting both an English language QA at
https://qa10.longsight.com
and a default Spanish language at
https://qa10-es.longsight.com

Most likely these will be in a cluster with the domain name deciding which
node the user ends up on, rather than separate or automatically
load-balanced. This would allow us to test issues that are cluster related
as well.
