[WG: Sakai QA] 2.9.2-rc04 up/released

Questions:

*  I don't see a way to set the quota for the Dropbox through the GUI ?  Would like to test that the Dropbox quota is being enforced.

* It sounds like the neo-portal issue has had sufficient testing? Is that true ? https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-23395

Then all we need is a quick verification on WebDav - especially moving and copying files and a brief sanity check (creating a site, adding participants and tools, trying out a couple of tools, etc) and I think we will be good to go!
