A WebDav bug which can create data loss was reported today. Been around since 2.9.0 though, I think. It shows a hole in our regression testing scripts. I've added two additional tests for WebDav:

* Moving a file from one folder to another
* Renaming a file

I've updated both the RC03 test "log" (the Google doc) and I've updated the Test Fest Template. I usually use the most recent test log to create the next one. We should be covered for future testing in either case.
