Deadline is this Friday, May 24.

Thanks for the terrific response! We've had 75 surveys filled out (may be a few duplicates) and over 15 institutions have run the queries and sent back the data to me at nealcaidin at sakaifoundation.org . If you want your institution's voice heard please see below for instructions!

P.S. If you run the queries, the preferred format is CSV, but I can also easily handle Text, Excel, or Open Office formats if that works better for you.

Cheers,

Dear Community,

I hope you like surveys, because here is another one :-).

This survey is a Yes/No Tools survey so that we can get a sense of which tools are more widely used and more important to the community and which may be less so. The intention is to spur discussion and planning in the TCC meetings at the Open Apereo Conference in San Diego.

We attempted to make it practically a Yes/No survey for the list of Core tools and the list of active Contrib tools. In addition we have provided a couple of queries which your experienced DBA (Database Administrator) can run and send the results directly to me, with raw data, which will provide some metrics about how your system is used.

You can participate in just the survey, perform the data collection, or both. We want this to be as quick and painless as possible.

Yes/No Tools survey - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/WZTZPSM

Database queries (have your DBA review and run) - https://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/TCC/CLE+Tool+Use+Queries

Please send the data from the database queries to nealcaidin at sakaifoundation.org

Your participation is most appreciated and will help generate thoughtful discussion for Sakai CLE planning. Please complete these activities by midnight or earlier, your time zone, Friday May 24.
