[WG: Sakai QA] QA5 and QA29 servers

You typically want to start a QA instance with the JAVA_OPT

-Dsakai.demo=true

so it will load the components-demo.xml and run the SampleDataLoader.java.
This will populate all of the sample course data for 1 year. (After which
the database or those tables are usually wiped out)

Here's the script to start up the demo (you might need more memory)
