[WG: Sakai QA] [Building Sakai] Reproduce SAK-23733 - Lessons

Hi Aaron,

I thought I was "using" Lessons by including the Assignments tool. Faulty assumption. Is there an option to submit grades directly from the Lessons tool without using Assignments, Lessons, etc?
