[WG: Sakai QA] 2.9.x nightly is down

No idea on that one, it's in the repo it's looking for and hasn't changed
in years . . .

I was having a weird generic-dao error building hierarchy the other day but
that had an open ended version. I set it to a fixed version and it worked.
Didn't know what caused that either.
