[WG: Sakai QA] FYI -Problems with 2.9.x and trunk server fixed

Hi,

Over the last couple of days we had some problems with the trunk server and the 2.9.x server. An unnecessary repository was not loading, and holding up the build, that was not really needed. 

Thanks to Kent Fitzgerald, Chris Maurer, and Matt Jones for resolving the problem.

Both servers are now available for QA testing.
