[WG: Sakai QA] [cle-release-team] Recommendation to move forward with 2.9.1 release

We had our QA team meeting today and I've gotten some "off line" votes from the QA team.  All are in favor of moving forward with the 2.9 release. 

What about CLE team? Or do we need to wait for discussion on Thursday?
