Per the CLE Release team meeting today: 

1) Release candidate 03 is being cut today.  RC03 will include :

https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/LSNBLDR-276 - need your own server to test . 
https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/LSNBLDR-91

Test plans are being included for both of these issues (look in the Test Plan field on the Jiras). 

2) https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAM-973 is a showstopper. 

Key Samigo team members have been out of the office (hey, its still Summer :-) ).   

Summary - SAM-973 works fine, but if CLE 2.9.3 were released today, new quizzes would work fine, but quizzes existing before the upgrade and which use Fill-in-the-blank question types will show incorrect feedback to students. 

Plan - if this can be solved by Monday, then an RC04 will be cut. Otherwise, RC03 will become the release, assuming that the Lessons issues do not cause any regressions, and testing on other parts of Sakai continues to be positive.
