[WG: Sakai QA] Call for volunteers - CLE "Help Desk"

Hi Developers and QA testers - Sakai experienced only,

For next week, the whole week will be available for regression testing of Sakai CLE 2.9.0-rc02 (Release Candidate 02).  RC02 should be available by tomorrow morning, approximately. Testing will start on Monday.

You know how we have an Adobe Connect room open for a few hours to help QA testers connect and answer questions, usually Wednesdays from 9 am - 12 pm Eastern? We want to do provide this support for the whole week, at different hours, as much as possible. Please consider volunteering an hour or two of your time.

Expectations
------------------------
* Be available for an hour or two, or more (your choice), to help answer QA tester questions. All that is asked is that you do your best. 
* Defer other questions to me, nealcaidin at sakaifoundation.org, even if I might not be available on the live session. (I've only had one non-QA related question so far on these sessions)
* Use the Chat feature of Adobe Connect. The chat feature is extremely easy to use. If you wish to use audio, video, or screen sharing, you are welcome to (though somebody with privileges will have to enable this for you. we will try to make these privileges available).

3) When the time comes next week - log into http://unicon.adobeconnect.com/sakai-community , introduce yourself and hang out for a while (okay to multi-task)

Tip for time zone conversion

The spreadsheet shows the conversion of GMT to Eastern Daylight. If you want to convert to your own time zone from GMT use the formula GMT (+/-  (hours) / 24). So if you are 2 hours later than GMT you would do something like = B4 + 2/24 [pretend that you are signing up on row 4…  column B has the GMT start time, B4 is the cell name].
