[WG: Sakai QA] User info bug on trunk?

Hi All,

You know that silhouette of a person's head that when you click it, it shows user information including options to access preferences, create a new site, or view the tutorial (see enclosed screenshot). Well, for me it is not working on Trunk (nightly2.sakaiproject.org:8082) but is working on 2.9.x (nightly2.sakaiproject.org:8087) .  I've tried this across Chrome/Firefox/Safari on Mac and Firefox/IE 9 on Windows 7. You MUST clear your browser cache to do a proper test. Anybody else seeing this issue? Should I open a Jira?
