[WG: Sakai QA] Testing can start for 2.9 fixes

Hi All,

Given that it is Friday afternoon, the week before Thanksgiving in the U.S.A. , … well the response might be underwhelming ;-), but nevertheless, it is open season to test Jiras that have been fixed and are targeted for inclusion in the 2.9.1 release.  

Summary
----------------------
What: We are testing Jiras that have already been fixed, and that need testing before they are merged into 2.9
When: Friday, November 30 is the target date to complete testing
Who:  It appears that these Jiras primarily require our more experienced testers. Feel free to take a look for yourself.

I plan on holding Office hours the week of November 26. Not sure if this is needed but I'll be available to answer questions. Schedule is on the Test Fest page.
