[WG: Sakai QA] Sakai 2.9 Update

Hi Everyone,

I hope the month has started out well for everyone. I just wanted to 
update you on the progress of the QA testing:

We continue to have a consistent amount of testing being done on the 2.9 
b05 platform, but could always use more participation. It is important 
that we get as many eyes on the beta version of 2.9. If you can help then 
add your name to the Testers Wall (
https://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/QA/QA+Testers+Wall ) and begin 
testing at the 2.9 Test Fest page (
https://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/QA/2.9+Test+Fest ).

There are still issues that have been resolved but not verified. Please 
take a look through the list any see if you can verify that the fixes are 
working correctly (

)

I would also like to thank Terry Collins for the updates to the Test 
Scripts (
https://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/QA/Test+Conditions+and+Scripts 
) that she has been working on. Some of the Test Scripts have become 
outdated and the updates help us more accurately test the latest version 
of Sakai.
