[WG: Sakai QA] Verification Question

Good Afternoon All!

I have verified one of the issues on our list (SAK-20993).
I can only add a comment about the verification.
In our local Jira - if I choose edit, I can set the implementation status 
of issues to verified.
I can't seem to be able to do that in Sakai's Jira.
