[WG: Sakai QA] Sakai QA Update

Dear Sakai Members,

I would first like to thank everyone that I talked with this past week 
about QA at the Jasig-Sakai Conference. This has been a whirlwind of a 
week and I wanted to make sure that anyone who wanted to contribute to the 
Community QA efforts knew where to start. When you get a chance please 
visit the QA Testers Wall to sign up with your testing availability:

Once you have signed up then one area that needs to Testing is the 
Resolved but Not Closed tickets:

There are other areas that need focus as well, but this is a good place to 
start. If you have any questions then please let me know.
