* Also, do we need a b08 release before we do the next round of QA? I understand that this got missed in the merge - https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-22264  .  Maybe there is enough new fixes to merge in to warrant the next iteration (even though it probably will not be a release candidate)?
