[WG: Sakai QA] Sakai 2.9 QA updtae

Hi Everyone,

The QA testing is still continuing and going strong. I wanted to give two 
important updates as you continue testing.

We are currently testing 2.9 b05 and the 2.9 Test Fest page has been 
updated to reflect this change. Please continue your testing efforts and 
recheck the tools with this updated version. In addition, you will want to 
focus your testing efforts on 2.9 b05 servers.

We still need to work on the 2.9 Resolved, but not closed, tickets (
https://jira.sakaiproject.org/secure/IssueNavigator.jspa?mode=hide&requestId=13243 
). If you come across any of these that you are unable to verify because 
you need developer assistance then please let me know what ticket number 
it is and I will pass it along.
