[WG: Sakai QA] QA3-US and nightly instance unavailable for part of Sept 22

All,
We will be performing an upgrade to Oracle 11G of the oracle database that supports QA3-US and the oracle nightly instance: http://nightly2.sakaiproject.org:8082/portal

It'll go offline around 1:00PM EDT on September 22.  It is expected to take a couple of hours to do the upgrade.  If all goes well, the data on QA3-US will remain in tact!
