[WG: Sakai QA] Sakai Test Fest 3/11

Dear Sakai Collaborators,

This is a reminder for the next phase of the Tests Fests. They will begin 
at 2 PM EST today. We will be focusing on the second release candidate 
(RC2) servers. We ask that anyone who is available to test to join in this 
effort as we are closer to releasing 2.8 and all the support we can gather 
will be needed. So even if you can only participate for a short amount of 
time it is still a big help because it allows us to have more eyes on the 
RC.

Thank you again for all your help and please contact me with any 
questions.
