[WG: Sakai QA] Maintenance alert: Jira/Confluence upgrade, Friday, 22/23 July 2011, 10 PM - 2 AM PDT

Both Jira and Confluence will be upgraded on Friday/Saturday, 22/23 July 2011, commencing at 10 PM PDT, in order to leverage security fixes and a number of new features.  The maintenance window is 4 hours (although it is anticipated that the work will be completed within a couple of hours).  During the upgrade both Jira and Confluence will be unavailable.

Jira 4.2.2 --> Jira 4.3.4
