Doug,

 

I've had look and Gradebook looks to be there.  Somehow it's showing up
as "Markbook".  It could have it's name updated as part of the
Localization tool (messagebundle)

I am starting to test the Gradebook tool for Test Fest today and was
going to use:

 

https://qa13-uk.sakaiproject.org/portal

 

However, when I created a new worksite and attempted to add the
Gradebook tool, it was not available. 

 

I just to give a friendly notification to the site's admin of this
issue.
