[WG: Sakai QA] 2.8 Test Fest

Dear Sakai Collaborators,
I would like to thank those that helped in last weeks Test Fest of Sakai 
2.8 beta 3. This effort helped us with the QA process and making sure that 
we find any bugs before the release. If you want to participate in our 
next Test Fest, but are unsure of where to begin, I have included the Test 
Fest URL to help you get started:

Our next Test Fest is scheduled for 10 am EST, but just remember to test 
servers that are on beta 4 before submitting a JIRA.
