[WG: Sakai QA] Sakai Test Fest 2/11

Dear Sakai Community,

This is a reminder for the next phase of the Tests Fests. They will begin 
at 2 PM EST tomorrow Friday February 18, and will be focusing on beta 05 
servers. We continue to receive and filter bugs for 2.8, so the more eyes 
we have on this project, the better off we are. Please let me know if you 
would like to join in testing or have any other general questions.
