[WG: Sakai QA] Sakai 2.6.3 and 2.7.1 released

The Sakai 2 Technical Coordination Committee is pleased to 
announce the release of the Sakai Collaboration and Learning 
Environment, versions 2.6.3 and 2.7.1.

These versions are maintenance releases that provide stability, 
performance, and security fixes.

Our thanks go out to the dedicated Sakai Community volunteers 
from around the world for their tireless work on these releases.

Sakai 2.6.3 and 2.7.1 are licensed under the Educational 
Community License, version 2.0.

== OLDER RELEASES ==

Official community support for Sakai 2.5 ended in July 2010. 

Organizations running Sakai 2.5 or earlier are strongly 
encouraged to upgrade to the latest versions of Sakai 2.6 or 2.7 
in order to take advantage of continued maintenance support.
