[WG: Sakai QA] [Portfolio] QA3-US will be coming down to get the new tag

We're back in action.

I created SAK-19522 and MSGCNTR-406.  Both are for missing sql conversion.
I think Messages and Forums are both hosed until MSGCNTR-406 gets addressed.
I fixed the other one by hand as it halted startup.

All,
QA3-US will be coming down shortly to get the new 2.8.0 a04 tag.  There will be a period of downtime while the database content is restored to 2.7.1 and then the 2.8 conversion is run.
I'll let you know when it's back up.
