[WG: Sakai QA] sakai-2.7.0 update: resolved tickets review (116 closed)

Today, I reviewed 2.7-related Jira tickets marked as "resolved".  I was able to close 116 tickets, leaving a balance of 17.  Most of the resolved tickets I closed involved fixes committed to trunk prior to the creation of the 2.7.x branch (a copy of trunk) in November 2009.  The remainder involved issues where the fix was merged to 2.7.x before the issue was officially closed (usually a bookkeeping oversight).
