[WG: Sakai QA] sakai-2.7.0-b06 now available

The newly minted sakai-2.7.0-b05 tag contained a very noticeable  
resources tool regression introduced by yours truly (SAK-18259) so the  
b05 tag has been superseded by a re-minted sakai-2.7.0-b06 tag.  In  
addition, Beth added Catalan language updates for 2.7.x core tools  
while I was fixing/testing the resources tool and these are included  
in b06 (exception: indie releases will need to add these translations  
in the coming days).

QA server admins should download and install the sakai-2.7.0-b06 tag  
at their earliest convenience.
