[WG: Sakai QA] qa1-za unavailable due to cable failure

Hi All,

The SEACOM undersea cable that caries international traffic for most
South African Universities has failed. As a result qa1-za will be
unreachable from outside South Africa and members of the UCT team will
be unreachable on our usual email addresses. It is estimated that it
will take 6-8 days for a ship to reach the break and fix it, in the
meantime ISP's are trying to make alternate plans (however bandwidth is
in short supply in the midst of the world cup)
